Do you tell yourself that you’ll get started on your big plans at some future date? You can start a business after the kids graduate from college? Or, maybe you’ll just wait until Memorial Day to begin your exercise program. We’ve all done it. There always seems to be a good reason not to get started right here and now.
Are you sure you know the real reason you’re waiting? If you’re waiting to begin pursuing your dreams, you’re likely just procrastinating!
How does the dictionary define the word, MOTHER?
In serving thousands of families in the past twenty years, the thought and emotions evoked of Mother's Day can vary based on your particular life experiences and encounters.
It can bring joyful childhood memories and warm thoughts of raising your own children. It can be filled with gut-wrenching sorrow over the loss of natural children, infertility or broken relationships with adult children. It can also be a time to reflect on the countless lives you have impacted as a "spiritual/ mentor" mom to others.
Regardless of the "mother" scenario, we can be encouraged to know God thought highly enough of YOU to bring you to plant earth through the womb of a woman!

What is the one goal or activity you want to fulfill this week, month, or year?
It may seem daunting; you feel it will drain you or, in extreme cases, feels the mere act of starting the task will “suck the life juices” out of you!
If you have felt this way, be encouraged you're NOT alone as I shine the light on the enemy of every project God places on my heart.
What is it?
PROCRASTINATION!
Today, I’m going to expose its meaning, methodology, modes, and, most of all, how to take MASTERY over it!

Do you realize no two diamonds are alike?!
Each stone's complex characteristics cannot be duplicated, and no twodiamondscan ever be the same. Each stone, like its owner, is endowed with a personality and characteruniquelyits own.
DIAMONDS ARE UNIQUE AND DISTINCT. NO TWO ARE ALIKE!
By God’s design you, too, are intentionally unique. Why would you want o to compare yourself 6o anyone else on the earth?
“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we...
“Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19 AMP
Spring symbolizes FRESH growth, NEW opportunities, the START of new beginnings!
Unfortunately, many women can get STUCK and miss the open door because of this one thing…
This one thing keeps you frozen…
This one thing blocks your creative flow…
This one thing can cause you to circle around your mountain another FUTILE time!
Today, I encourage you to position yourself for SPRING and…give yourself the Gift of Forgiveness.
When someone has wronged you, forgiveness may be the last thing on your mind. You’re convinced they deserve all the anger and hostility you can muster. However, forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. Does your anger harm the other person? In most cases, the other person just stays away.
Holding a grudge is like punching...
February is known as the month of celebrating...LOVE!
Based on one's season of life and present circumstances it can be a bitter or a sweet time if one is influenced by the media.
Yet, the good news is with a healthy perspective you can learn three vital aspects of Love (Matt 22:36-40):
I assure you by applying these three steps---your cup will overflow BEYOND the month of February!
This can actually become a LIFESTYLE---The Way of Love!
A great leader once shared--- "You put on the Love of God with the renewed mind in manifestation and there's nothing you'll have to ask God for, it'll be there. It'll be there. You'll never have to ask. It'll always be there."
Right now, I encourage you to stand up, shake off the day...then gently yet tightly wrap your arms around yourself.
Let's start...
Happy NEW Year!
Phew! We made it.
As a little girl, one of my favorite Saturday morning shows was "The Jetson's." Can you recall the lyrics of the opening song? It featured life in the "future." Today, fifty years later, a majority of the show's "gadget" concepts ARE part of our lifestyle.
The year 2023 marks not only a new Year, but it also marks the opportunity for a FRESH start from the unprecedented happenings of 2022!
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." Isaiah 43:19
God is a God who can make all things NEW! What does that mean?
Despite your past or current circumstances, when we go to God and His Word for His perspective, His guidance on the matter, He gives us a NEW vision and attitude. When I go to God and His Word, I begin to see clearer, and I begin to see through a broader lens about the...
The American Psychological Association states our lives are filled with clutter, whether it’s a desk covered with papers, a kitchen drawer stuffed with items that don’t seem to belong anywhere else, or an overwhelmed mind trying to deal with too much. A cluttered mind is fatiguing and results in poor performance and poor decisions. You can declutter your mind, just as you can declutter your kitchen drawer.
“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” 2 Tim 1:7 AMP
Declutter your mind and gain clarity:
Quietly reflecting from a five-day much needed getaway after a hectic personal season that included several exhilarating high AND heartfelt lows...YET I have great anticipation of the Fall season.
After a prayer and solitary walk along the ocean shore I looked up and realized, "Lord, through it ALL I am truly grateful!"
So, I ask you my friend...What do you have to be thankful for?
The power of GRATITUDE.
Starting your day off with some gratitude affirmations is a great way to remind yourself of all the wonderful things you have in your life. When you repeat aloud these affirmations of gratitude, you energize yourself and gain the courage to face the day and all of the frictions and adventures it may bring.
Affirming your gratefulness helps you recognize that you can have what you most want and need in order to reap the fulfilling life you deserve. Joy, money, love, and happiness are yours.
For God said..."Taste and see that He is good."
Affirmations are easy to do and they...
LIFE REFERENCE: LUKE 10:38-42
Luke 10:40AMP
But Martha was very busy and distracted with all of her serving responsibilities; and she approached Him and said, “Lord, is it of no concern to You that my sister has left me to do the serving alone? Tell her to help me and do her part.”
Biblical Definition of Distraction
A distraction is something that takes your attention away from what you’re supposed to be doing. … Distraction comes from the Latin dis-, “apart,” and trahere, “drag.” So, distraction is when you’re dragged away from your task.
The word in Luke 10:40 (περιεσπᾶτο) in the Greek literally means to drag all around, to draw away and to be driven about mentally. Often that’s what a distraction can feel like…we are being drawn away from purpose, or unable to focus.
And this I say for your own profit, not that...
